Heartbreak still needs a haircut! Come on out and we will shuttle you in from the top. Be sure to come early and grab some free goodies from the Ride House and we will handle the rest!

About the event
After riding a shuttle up to the Parkway, we will be scratching drains and brushing out the remaining veg off the middle 2 miles of Heartbreak. Bring plenty of food, water, long pants, sturdy hiking boots and get ready for a great downhill hike with spectacular views! We will be using fire rakes, Mcleods and loppers. If you are using a gas trimmer you will need safety glasses, ear protection and a hardhat. Let us know if you are interested and we can get you additional PPE. At the bottom of Star Gap we will drive back to the Ride House and celebrate our success for keeping one of WNC's legacy trails running strong!
