We will be hiking 2 miles out Lead Mine Gap Trail from Curtis Creek Road, trimming and clearing overgrown rhododendron and deadfall with loppers and handsaws. If we have time, we will also try to clear drains on lower Hickory Branch Trail.

About the event
Come help us trim and clear overgrowth on Lead Mine Gap Trail!
We will be hiking 2 miles out Lead Mine Gap Trail from Curtis Creek Road, trimming and clearing overgrown rhododendron and deadfall with loppers and handsaws. If we have time, we will also try to clear drains on lower Hickory Branch Trail.
- Limited to 8 People.
- Meet at the Old Fort Ride House beside Kitsbow and Hillman Beer.
- Bring water, snacks, gloves, and any other PPE that you have.
- Tools, PPE, and a crew leader will be provided by G5.
- We will drive to the trailhead separately and observe socially distancing requirements (6-foot separation) while working outside.
