The Old Fort Trail Work Weekend was a big one! Join the crew to help sharpen, oil and mark tools from G5 and the partner organizations that make the work weekend possible. This is an all Abilities day, for all!
Trail work is FOR ALL. Our different abilities shape how we experience the forest and trails. Let's take the opportunity to wash, clean, sharpen and mark tools together. Have you wanted to sign up to volunteer but feeling a little worried about the physical requirements? We're happy to accomodate!
Be sure to bring your favorite gear, plenty of snacks and water, high tops, eye protection, long pants, gloves and whatever else you need to stay comfortable for a great 4+ hour day outside
Difficulty rating: 2/5- Frontcountry setting, use of files, use of linseed oil, optional use of powertools, handling sharp tools
