About the event
Camp Grier is honored to offer hot showers, meals, and laundry facilities from dawn to dusk to first responders and those affected by Hurricane Helene in the Old Fort area. Our dedicated team has been working tirelessly around the clock to provide these essential services, and we are now in need of additional hands to help sustain this effort.
We are calling for volunteers to assist in welcoming those seeking aid, helping with meal prep, serving and busing tables, running errands, and supporting the disaster relief managers with any tasks that arise.
Please be aware that this is a disaster relief area, and volunteers may encounter emotionally charged situations. Your compassion and resilience will be greatly appreciated.
